These General Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all photography and videography experiences offered by the Provider. By booking an experience, you (“the Client”) agree to these Terms, which define the rights and obligations of both parties.

1. Services
The Provider offers photography and videography experiences in France using a fully equipped camping-car. Services include:
Photo/video sessions
Capturing you in scenic locations
Editing and delivery of cinematic photo and video material
Travel in the camping-car
Services are subject to availability and may be adapted depending on weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed only after a signed agreement and full or partial payment, as agreed.
Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed methods.
Pricing is per experience, not per person, unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Client Cancellation:
More than 30 days before the experience: full refund minus administrative fees.
15–30 days before the experience: 50% refund.
Less than 15 days: no refund.
Provider Cancellation:
In case of illness, mechanical failure, or unsafe conditions, the Provider may reschedule the experience or refund the client fully.
4. Responsibilities & Safety
Age Restriction: This experience is not suitable for minors.
Clients participate at their own risk. The Provider is not liable for accidents, injuries, or incidents during travel, on roads, or during activities.
Clients must comply with local laws, traffic regulations, and safety instructions provided by the Provider.
Weather is unpredictable; sessions may be adapted for safety or practical reasons.
5. Accommodation & Meals
The camping-car includes sleeping areas, kitchen, and basic facilities.
Clients are responsible for meals, though the Provider can assist with shopping and meal preparation guidance.
Space is limited; clients must respect equipment and shared living areas.
6. Photo & Video Material
All photos and videos captured by the Provider remain the intellectual property of the Provider.
Clients receive edited material for personal use unless otherwise agreed.
Commercial use requires additional authorization and fees.
Clients may grant the Provider permission to use their images/videos for promotional purposes; if declined, an additional fee of €100 will apply to cover the lost marketing rights.
7. Force Majeure
The Provider is not responsible for events beyond their control, including but not limited to:
Extreme weather
Road closures or traffic incidents
Illness, mechanical failure, or other unforeseen circumstances
Experiences may be rescheduled or partially refunded at the Provider’s discretion.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or services shall be submitted to the competent courts in France.
9. Acceptance
By confirming a booking, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. Full provider contact and legal information will be supplied in the booking confirmation or signed agreement.
